Printing method of non-woven bag
The printing of non-woven bags can generally be divided into the following types:
1. Watermark: Water-based glue screen printing, which is named for its use of water-based elastic glue as a printing medium. It is more common in textile printing, also called printing. The color paste and the water-based elastic rubber are blended during printing. The printing plate can be washed directly with water without using a chemical solvent. It is characterized by good coloring power, strong opacity and fastness, washability, and basically no odor. It is absolutely environmentally friendly printing.
2. Gravure printing: The finished product processed by this method is usually called a coated non-woven bag. The process is divided into two steps, that is, the conventional gravure printing process is used to print the graphic onto the PP film, and then the patterned film is laminated on the non-woven fabric by a laminating process. This process is generally used for non-woven bags of large-area color pattern printing. It is characterized by beautiful printing, full machine production, and short production cycle. In addition, the product has excellent waterproof performance, and the durability of the finished product is better than that of non-woven bags produced by other processes. The film is available in both bright and matt finishes, matte with a matte finish!
Third, letterpress printing: printing using a letterpress (the printed part of the graphic part). Referred to as embossing. It is one of the main printing methods. The longest history. Engraving printing In the early years of the Tang Dynasty, the engraving and printing technology was invented. The text or image was engraved on a wooden board. The image was embossed except for the graphic part, and then the ink was hand-painted and the paper was printed. This is the most original embossing method. Todays letterpress printing uses rubber laser engraving, and then the machine brush, especially on non-woven fabrics, is characterized by faster speed and cheaper than silk screen printing. However, the shortcomings are also very star-shaped. The printed ink is thinner, especially when printing on dark non-woven fabrics, the color is not as obvious as silk screen printing.
4. Thermal transfer: Thermal transfer belongs to special printing in printing. This method requires intermediate media, that is, printing the graphic onto the thermal transfer film or thermal transfer paper first, and then transferring the pattern by heating the transfer device. On the non-woven fabric. A medium commonly used in textile printing is a thermal transfer film. The advantages are: beautifully printed, rich in layers, comparable to photos. Suitable for small area color image printing. The disadvantages are high prices and high printing costs.
5. Sublimation: Sublimation transfer refers to the printing process of transferring dye to non-woven fabric through transfer paper. It is based on the sublimation characteristics of some disperse dyes, chooses the disperse dye sublimated at 150~230 °C, mixes it with the paste to make "color ink", and then prints "color ink" according to different design patterns. Transfer the paper, and then the transfer paper printed with the pattern is in close contact with the non-woven fabric. Under the control of a certain temperature, pressure and time, the dye is transferred from the printing paper to the fabric, and diffused into the non-woven fabric. Internal to achieve the purpose of coloring. Its characteristic is that it can directly print on the non-woven fabric in full color, the printing effect is exquisite, it can be compared with the offset on paper, and it is absolutely environmentally friendly, but the price is relatively high, it can only be printed on PE non-woven fabric, generally used.
